What do you need to start an online clothing store?

Check with your State. They should have a website and all the answers you need. Since you are online, I am not sure you need anything but an EIN number, a business bank account and maybe incorporate it, if you wanna go that far. If you get an EIN you will have to pay taxes for your business. Retail taxes, since you will be operating from home i doubt they will make you pay commercial taxes, but again check with the IRS. Usually when you apply for a number they let you know

I prefer is the better online shopping store, they just like ebay store, you will find each and every category of products here with cheap prices

You should check with your city and state. Most cities and states will have websites with all of this information on it. Check your Secretary of State site.
