Anything on etsy. That site is made up completely of independent sellers.
There’s also if you’re into vintage/second hand clothing.
I like looking at this girl’s blog to find new and independent designers. Usually very expensive though. She has a thousand links to a thousand blogs, magazines, and stores off to the left and right.
