What are really good online clothing stores for teenage girls?

I need school clothes and I’m doing my shopping online. I need clothing stores that aren’t like Forever21, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, Wet Seal, etc…. I need something unique, but clothes that would fit a younger teenage girl that is 13.

Btw, please make sure the stores you may list are not too expensive. I’m in a 10-20 dollar range on outfits…

    hot topic. i loveeeeee that store! even if u dont like the clothes, theres nice accesories. but it is very unique.
