How to save on kids clothing?

I’m fond of buying clothes online for my little girl, but I deeply **** to waste time on browsing different sites. I find that there’re some sites collecting all kids’ items information from other online stores, such as http://www.kidscomeon.com. Is it safe to buy items through them?
