I know Adam and Eve were in the buff, but as civilization incresed before and after the days of Noah what or who decided men wear pants and women wear skirts? Today women wear pants and men kilts in Scotland and Ireland.

I’m curious about this. Anybody know?

    At some point, armies decided that pants were better for soldiers.
